We are happy to share a new project related publication, in the Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells journal, obtained by a collaboration between EPFL, CSEM and the University of Ljubljana. Research presents an experimentally calibrated and validated comprehensive optical modelling framework for simulation of UVDS layers integrated into n-type TOPCon solar cells and modules.
