During the SiliconPV Conference 2025, which took place in Oxford begin of April 2025, some project related results have been presented.
Partner Fraunhofer ISE, represented by Dr. Ralf Preu, gave a talk titled “Low-Loss Singulation of TOPCon Solar Cells by TLS and Al2O3 Edge Passivation”. Despite not being a targeted SPHINX-presentation, relevant project results have been included stressing the importance of strict collaboration between research and industrial partners.
